PART I- SUMMARY:

  • 20% more homes sold this year than same time last year

  • Big demand for houses priced between $250,000 and $450,000 last quarter

  • Values fell for homes priced between $550,000 and $650,000…However, low inventory and steady demand for these homes will likely cause a rebound

  • Entry level home values increased significantly

  • Winter months are not a good time to sell homes over $750,000

  • 40-50% of all homes sold in Trumbull are between $250,000 and $450,000
