- 27% more homes sold this year than same time last year
- There is a BIG demand for houses priced between $250,000 and $550,000 in 2016 VS. 2015
- Values fell for homes priced between $550,000 and $650,000 for the 2nd quarter in a row. Inventory is down in that price range too… a good sign for imminent recovery.
- Values are up for homes priced between $750,000 and $850,000
- Trumbull sold zero homes over $850,000 this past quarter.
- 78% of all homes sold in Trumbull are between $250,000 – $450,000
